MINISTRY MISSION: The purpose of the Community Support Team is to serve those who are oppressed socially, physically, spiritually and economically within our church community and the greater St. Louis region.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Being a team member means volunteering to participate in service activities, help with planning, and promoting service activities and encouraging others to be involved. If you want to see the results of your work in our community at the local level, then join the Community Support Team.
 
SKILLS AND GIFTS: This team benefits from various gifts and skills ranging from administration and organization to service and hospitality. Introverts and extroverts bring valuable contributions to this team. This is a team about community, so it takes varied representation of the community to be successful.

TIME REQUIREMENT: You can sign up to assist in any number of service opportunities throughout the year.
 
SERVICE OPPORTUNITIES:
• Project ARK Toy Drive
• Back to School Drive
• Weekly food pantry collection
• Coordinate winter clothes outreach through Karen House & Centenary Cares
• Participate in annual Komen Race for the Cure
• Provide support for social service agencies in Soulard
• Participate in Missouri Health Care for All Initiative.
