OUR NEED

The cost to purchase this building was $1.3 million. Additionally, the estimated cost to renovate the worship space was $1.6 million and to renovate the remainder of the facility is $400,000. Because MCC of Greater St. Louis had $500,000 available to put toward the purchase and renovation, our remaining need is $2.8 million. Funds raised through the Building Together: A Place to Call Home campaign will be used to renovate the building and pay down our loan balances.

Our congregation's mission is “to accept, embody, and declare God's love for all.” To fulfill this mission, our new place to call home includes:

• 22,000 square feet of fully accessible office/worship space
• One St. Louis Resource Center/Hope & Help Center
• Fellowship Hall
• Classrooms
• Choir room
• Meeting rooms
• Offices
• Children's space
• Parking lot

Our Goal

2.8 million to renovate 1919 S. Broadway and pay down our loan balances
 

Our Need

100% of the congregants of MCC of Greater St. Louis will participate in the Building Together: A Place to Call Home campaign.

At least $1 million will be raised to move this project forward.
