Drive by the church between 3:00 and 6:00pm to receive drive through ashes. No appointment necessary. Ash Wednesday is the start of the Christian season of Lent, a season that invites us into a wilderness journey alongside Jesus where we are reminded of our humanity and mortality, invited into a season of penance and mourning. Ashes are imposed on our foreheads to remind us that from dust we came and to dust we shall return.
