This is a two-fold litany for Ministry Leaders. 
Part one is a "Litany of Releasing" which affirms outgoing ministry leaders and blesses them to do whatever is next for them. This reinforces that it is okay to decide that you need to take a break from leadership.
The second part is a "Litany of Blessing" for Ministry Leaders who have covenanted to another year of leadership.
