Trivia Night is almost here! We still have a few spots open if you'd like to join us in person or online. The silent auction opens Sunday, October 31 after church. You can take a sneak peek at the items now by clicking on the Bidding Owl link below. Team captains - it's very important to remind your team they must show proof of vaccination. If you haven't already, please email the trivia team your team lineup to help keep registration easy and quick! Trivia Night will also include a balloon pop for $20/pop with prizes ranging from $20-$50. We will be offering a 50/50 raffle. Plus our free heads/tails game - everyone can play for free - including our online players. If you haven't signed up for a team and would like to help out, we could always use a few extra volunteers.
We have some amazing live auction items this year and hope to have some amazing bids to match!
#1 - Game Night with the Lauras'. Laura Adam and Laura Morrison will host a game night and open bar featuring a wide variety of fun, games, bar beverages and homemade snacks and treats. They have a great space for entertaining, make excellent food and know how to mix drinks! Game Night is for up to 10 guests. To be scheduled on a mutually agreed upon time/date.
#2 - Dinner and Wine with Lesi & Gene. Enjoy a three course meal prepared by Lesi Nelson paired with wines selected by Gene Pulliam. Lesi will give you several menu options to choose from to suit the tastes and needs of your guests. Winning bidder will receive a tasty meal for six guests to be scheduled on a mutually agreed upon time/date.
#3 - Hot Springs Arkansas Getaway - Experience a two-night, three day trip to Hot Springs, Arkansas. Hotel accomodations at The Waters Hot Springs (Hilton) plus a gas card. The hotel is centrally located to explore Hot Springs National Park, local shops and dining, plus bathhouses and more! We're hopeful to receive donations to add gift cards for dining and shopping. Must be redeemed by Nov. 6, 2022. Available most dates - winner will provide two to three dates to schedule.
#4 - Ahsa-ti Nu Sings, Church Staff Feeds - An unforgettable evening of music and song from Ahsa-Ti Nu, plus drinks, finger foods, appetizers and desserts prepared by the church staff. Up to 10 guests will enjoy this party hosted by Wes Shirley and Jerry Smith, to be arranged on a mutually agreed upon time/date.
#5 - Christmas Caroling with the Praise Team - A private, outdoor venue serves as the perfect backdrop for a time of caroling and fun provided by the MCCGSL Praise Team. Invite up to 20 guests to experience holiday cheer and more. Winner will schedule an appropriate time/date with the Praise Team and venue.

COVID-19 Precautions
The venue is a very large space and our tables will be socially distanced.
Since we will be eating and drinking throughout the night, everyone in attendance must show proof of vaccination (a picture of your vaccine card is acceptable) as they check in at the registration table.
The team tables will be doubled in size to allow for extra room to spread out.
Game Play
GAME - Trivia will consist of 8 rounds with categories related to the Back to School theme.
MULLIGANS - Up to two sets of mulligans will be available for purchase. Teams can use two mulligans per round. VIP tables automatically get one set free and can purchase an additional set.
AUCTIONS - We also plan to have a live and silent auction, as well as a chance to help us “Fund the Mission.” The live auction and Fund the Mission will occur during Trivia Night. The silent auction will be online and will open one week before the event and close at the end of the event.
