Back by popular demand is Rugged Spirituality! In the spring we enjoyed rain, mud and fresh flowers, this fall we hope to enjoy the fall colors, crisp air and maybe a little less rain!

Each week, we will contemplate a theme as we hike 2-3 miles in various places around the St. Louis Metro area. We will hike on the weekends of November 13, 20 and December 11 and 18.
